Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work mode: Onsite
Description
- We are looking to fill the role of Front Desk Officer who will be responsible for overseeing the front office, effective handling of all correspondence, & communicating effectively with guests and clients.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and receive guests, directing guests to appropriate personnel.
- Provide basic information to callers and visitors.
- Confirm and book appointments and meetings
- Handle all correspondence, internal and external
- Sign for incoming letters, packages and distribute them to appropriate staff.
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable.
- Perform any other administrative duty as assigned.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years Experience as the Front Desk In a reputable Organization
- BSc / HND in Mass Communication, English or any other related discipline.
- Must be tech savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft packages, PowerPoint, excel, MS Word, Exchange
- Good record-keeping / document-filling skills
- Female For Gender Balance
- Must be ready to resume immediately.
