We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Fleet Officer – Documentation
Location: Lokoja, Kogi
Employment Type: Full Time
Description
- Maintain a record of Vehicles in Jurisdiction and manage the process of renewals for expired vehicle documents.
- Maintain a record of inventory in stores within their jurisdiction.
- Ensure timely resolution of all insurance related matters with particular reference to renewals and claims
- Ensure that vehicle documentation requiring renewals are done in a timely and orderly manner and avoid delays
- Interface with Champions to handover documents when HP is completed
- Issue out spare Manage departmental float card and petty expenses
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication(written and oral) skills
- Good understanding of Inventory Control principles and practices
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace
- Good understanding of fleet management
- Critical and Analytical thinking
- Accuracy and Attention to detail
- Confidentiality and Thoroughness
- Minimum of HND in any Numerate discipline
- 2 years experience in fleet management
