Job Title: Head of Administration
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Qualifications
- HND/ B.Sc. Mechanical / Structural / Electrical Engineering, or relevant discipline.
- Proven experience in facility management, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Proven work experience as Head of Administration in a reputable secondary School.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance protocols.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in budget management, vendor negotiations, and contract administration and event planning.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and codes pertaining to facility management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing facility-related challenges.
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail.
