Job Description
- We’re seeking to employ a well-qualified marketing team leader with at least eight (8) years of trade marketing experience and successful at developing and implementing marketing policies, administering budgets, building high-performance teams and creating successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Skilled at facilitating communication between sales and marketing teams to enable project success for each new campaign.
- With experience in using digital marketing tools like SEO, SEM, Mail Chimp, Canva and Trello.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for executing the annual trade support plans across the various trade channels according to the roadmap and in line with brand strategies & priorities.
- Supports the implementation of the outlet classification plan & its regular update quarterly.
- Coordinates with the different stakeholders to develop the different visibility solutions & planograms as well to ensure their proper implementation in the market.
- Supervises the deployment of all merchandising material across the different trade channels.
- Responsible for releasing the monthly customer incentives in return for the granted display solutions & shelf shares.
- Ensures customer compliance with all contractual agreements in different channels & outlet types.
- Ensures proper installation & maintenance of all trade display solutions to maximize brand visibility & shelf shares.
- Tracks & reports all competitor trade Marketing activities & evaluate their impact on the brands’ performance.
- Assist in developing & executing consumer promotions in all/ specific trade channels when needed.
- Ensures that the local that local market data is constantly up to date & complete to include all competitive information
- Develops new promotional campaigns by bundling products together, increasing sales revenue.
- Foster growth in sales through the development and implementation of new innovative sales stands
- Increase sales and brand exposure by developing new packaging, collateral, and sales materials and optimizing target audience reach
- Increase SKU visibility in open markets by introducing new strategic marketing activations for customers.
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with wholesalers, sub-distributors and leading distributors.
- Recruits and hire experienced promoters to complete projects on time and within budget requirements.
- Developed pre-season marketing plans to support department and divisional product strategies.
- Worked closely with product development teams to create and maintain marketing materials for sales presentations and client meetings. Proofread marketing collateral ahead of printing to eliminate errors.
- Used search engine optimization to improve traffic to brand websites.
- Performed ongoing analysis to develop and advance future marketing strategies.
- Managed brands’ social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter)
- Organized customer surveys to get feedback on newly launched products.
