Description

- We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Sales with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and strong educational qualifications to drive our sales efforts and achieve exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet monthly and annual sales targets
- Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve outstanding results
- Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals within specified timelines
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and identify opportunities for repeat business
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market segments and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional materials
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team in negotiations and deal closures
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the sales team’s skills and knowledge
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in sales, preferably in the real estate and construction industry
- Strong educational background in Sales or a related field
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve exceptional results
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Sound knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and customer relationship management
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth
- Proficiency in excel, CRM software and other relevant sales tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
