Job Description
- As a Customer Service E-commerce Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service and support.
- You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a seamless shopping experience.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and order statuses.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and share feedback with the team.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
- HND / BSc in Mass Communication or a related field.
Work Schedule:
- 4 days per week, including weekends.
- 12-hour shifts from 8 am to 8 pm.
- Flexibility to work during peak times and holidays.
Salary
N100,000 – N200,000 monthly.
