Description
- We are looking for a dedicated and organised HR & Admin Officer to join the CSR-in-Action Team.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in managing HR functions, administering employee benefits, and ensuring smooth administrative operations within the organization.
Responsibilities
Ability to:
- Manage recruitment processes and employee onboarding.
- Administer employee benefits and maintain HR records.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency.
- Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Develop training contents for internal and external workshops
- Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and maintaining office supplies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences
- Minimum of 2 years cognate experience
