Job Title: Sales Executive

Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and market research.
- Present, promote, and sell company services to potential clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Address client concerns and complaints promptly to maintain high client satisfaction.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Gather and analyze sales data to improve the effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions, competitor activities, and potential new product or service offerings.
Sales Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, sales pipeline, and performance against targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of services to clients.
