Job Title: Mall / Facility Manager (Facility Management & Marketing)
Job Location: Owerri, Imo.
Job Details:
- A typical day may include negotiating a lease with a retailer, handling maintenance requests and handling customer complaints and public relations.
The Responsibilities of the Mall Manager Position:
- Planning, developing and directing marketing efforts in getting tenants into the facilities and ensuring the halls are constantly booked with events and
- Facility maintenance, buildings, grounds, estates and landscape
- Develop, negotiate and coordinate client, vendor and rent contracts, agreements and charges
- Research and understand local economic market to be implemented in efforts to enhance brand image and position compared to competitors
- Recruit, train, coordinate and manage mall staff to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage and oversee the activities, cleanliness, and functionality of the malls, its equipment and its surroundings
- Arrange and coordinate events and services, such as catering, decorating, and any equipment needed, for participants and ensuring deadlines and budgets must be strictly adhered to
- Working closely with the accountant(s) to ensure strict budget controls, accountability and administration of financial services and records
- Meeting with clients, vendors and tenants to discuss their needs and outlining their package options
- Maintaining strong, excellent clientele/investors/business partners relationships
- Managing your staff to ensure that they are being efficient and effective
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs and results
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 3 – 8 years work experience.
Salary
N40,000 – N60,000 / month
