JOB TITLE: Indigenous Human Resource Manager
JOB LOCATION: Surulere, Lagos
JOB DETAILS:
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and on boarding.
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations.
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
- Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
- Ensure that an organization runs smoothly.
- Bridge relations between management and employees by addressing different types of issue.
- Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employees.
- Facilitate active participation of each employee towards achieving common business goals.
- Provide leadership for HR strategic planning.
- Organize required training programs and workshop for employees.
- Impart all the organizational information to the employees.
- Supervise and verify service processes in personnel administration.
- Supervise and review payroll processes to ensure timely salary deposits of the employees.
- Control and monitor a thorough compliance with the company’s policies.
- Ensure a good flow of communication between all levels of the organization.
- Participate in the business meetings and seminars.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets of every department for organizing events, philanthropic giving and employee recognition, to name a few.
Requirements
- Must be matured in Age (40 – 50 years) and lives in Lagos.
- Must have Driving experience with relevant license
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
- Certifications in Human Resource e.g. (ACIPM, SHRI,etc) is an added advantage.
- Must possess at least a minimum of 10 year experience in an Industrial Security Firm Operations Knowledge of Client Service Management.
- Knowledge of a typical Logistics firm operations and processes.
- Proficient in the use of computer Excellent communication skills (written & oral).
- Strong attention to details.
- Ability to effectively prioritize needs.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly
