Job Title: Administrative / Marketing Personnel
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Description:
- Coordinate pick-ups & deliveries.
- Track customers’ clothes for laundry in a timely manner.
- Maintain customers database.
- Follow up on customers for sales & debt recovery.
- Answer inquiries, queries, and complaints from customers.
- Keep records of sales & expenses.
- Purchase of laundry consumables.
- Carry out online and offline marketing activities with a monthly target of activating 100 customers on our subscription plan.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of an OND.
- 1 year work experience.
- Good attitude to work.
- The candidate must reside on the Island.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and networking skills.
- Ability to use social media effectively for marketing & customer engagement
- Basic Accounting & computer skills.
Salary
- N40,000 – N50,000 monthly.
