JOB TITLE: Admin / Operations Manager

JOB DETAILS:
- Our client is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Admin/Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our laundry and cleaning company.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the scheduling and coordination of staff and equipment
- Ensuring that all orders are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Handling customer service inquiries and complaints
- Maintaining accurate records of all transactions and financial reports
- Overseeing inventory management and supply ordering
- Managing the maintenance and upkeep of equipment and facilities
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role or industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Flexibility to work outside normal business hours when necessary.
