JOB TITLE: Customer Service Executive
JOB LOCATION: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

JOB DETAILS:
- As the Customer Service Executive, you are responsible for achieving sales goals through exceptional customer service, providing product / services information, answering questions, and resolving any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome walk-in clients
- Develop in-depth knowledge of all products: their features and benefits
- Respond to calls, emails, and direct messages on social media platforms(WhatsApp,Facebook, and Instagram)
- Collect and record information and appointment details from walk-in clients
- Book and confirm appointments
- Send appointment reminders to clients
- Prepare daily reports on sales
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Receive and process payments from walk-in clients
- Confirm payments and send receipts via email
- Reconcile clients orders with stylists
- Keep records and follow up with stylists to know the status of clients orders
- Ensure clients orders being sent out are in line with the company’s standards
- Call clients to get feedback after-sales and services
- Send company approved broadcast messages and newsletters to customers monthly
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Qualifications
- Should possess a B.Sc. or HND in a related field.
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Great interpersonal skills
- Highly Organized and Self-control
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Good organizational skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different customers
- Effective listening skills
- High emotional intelligence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Salary
N80,000 – N120,000 / Month.
