JOB TITLE: Programs Manager
JOB LOCATION: Lagos
JOB DETAILS:
- The mission of the programs manager is to establish and uphold a culture that embraces innovative lifelong learning.
- The programs manager would ensure successful integration of technology resources and proven practices.
- He/she will work with team members to increase learning achievement through facilitation of systemic professional development focused on effective technology integration and innovative learning.
Responsibilities
- Manage the learning management system (LMS), offline & online programs, community of the company to drive impact and revenue;
- Work with the team and partners to design programs, develop course contents including degree/certificate courses, facilitate programs, proposal writing skills, strong market knowledge and presence, highly tech exposed etc.
- Ensure that learning programmes are delivered dynamically, effectively and meet the needs of the training audience;
- Identify project timelines, assisting staff to manage work within those deadlines, ensuring that the company’s projects and trainings are of the highest quality
- Use up-to-date evaluation techniques to continuously improve the training offered.
- Work with trainers in scheduling institute courses; develop course offerings, course schedule, and curriculum.
- Develop an operational plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the Institute.
- Oversee the planning, implementation and evaluation of the Institute’s programs and services;
- Provide consultation on technology integration decisions (access to online resources, student device options, emerging classroom technologies, adaptive digital content options);
- Identify and generate working relationship with identified partners across various sectors with initiatives related to innovation and digital learning
- Generate business opportunities, projects, initiatives etc that translate into impact and revenue for the Institute.
Requirements
- Proficient in integrating technology into teaching and learning;
- Possesses technology skills related to productivity and digital collaboration in the workplace
- Knowledge of current and emerging trends and research in educational technology and innovative teaching practices;
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to efficiently organize and prioritize workflow; and
- Ability to effectively solve problems and collaborate on a team.
Operational Hours and Location:
- Due to the nature of our business and being a global firm, the operational structure is open, with a mix of virtual and physical presence.
Gender Preference:
- Female.
Salary and Other Benefits
Flexible and in two components:
- Fixed Gross monthly remuneration of not more than N200,000, in addition to generous performance-based bonus payment.
