Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive
Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients, using their empathy maps to provide real estate advisory services
- Prepare and deliver high, impact presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Conduct site inspections
- Ideal candidate must be able to bring in new business
- Generate and follow up leads for the company
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND / OND in any sales discipline
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Must have experience of sales in the real estate industry.
