Description
- Sales Manager needed to oversee the day-to-day Sales of properties and manage a team of marketers to meet up with targets.
Responsibilities
- Enhancing existing revenue streams and developing new ones.
- Recruiting, hiring and developing sales representatives.
- Setting sales targets for sales teams and sales reps.
- Developing and writing up strategic plans.
- Leading sales teams.

- Putting together sales pitches.
- Continually assess the sales processes to identify improvements and efficiencies.
- Keeping an eye on competitors.
- Building client relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in sales.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas.
