JOB TITLE: Station Manager
JOB LOCATION: Badagry, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Manage day to day operations
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients, using their empathy maps to provide real estate advisory services
- Give Comprehensive report to head quarter
- Meet set target
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Ideal candidate must be able to bring in new business
- Generate and follow up leads for the company
Requirements
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Digital marketing
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Must have a minimum of HND/BSc in any Management discipline
- Must reside in badagry.
